Tech-Weld's Equipment
Technology changes every day. At Tech-Weld, we continuously update our equipment to make sure we have the technology needed to meet your precision welding needs. Our equipment is regularly maintained and serviced, allowing us to deliver your custom projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Rolling
Our rolling capabilities include a new four (4) roller that is CNC controlled, allowing us to produce a larger variety of diameters and more consistent cylinders. We also have six (6) urethane rollers which gives us the ability to roll from 24” up to 6’ long tubes. For larger diameter tubes, we have 1-12’ roll and 1-6’ roll with 1 pass capabilities.
Welding
Our newest fully automated circumferential welder can perform the welding of two (2) tank heads simultaneously. A wide range of additional welding services is made possible by our eight (8) fully automated controlled seam welders; three (3) TIG welding stations; five (5) MIG welding stations; and plasma welder.
Laser Cutting
Mazak Space Gear - U44 (SG-U44)
Our new 6 axis laser allows us to serve our customers in an even greater capacity. This compact all-in-one laser center allows high precision cutting to tubes, pipes and other structural shapes.

Freestanding 84' Workstation Bridge Crane System
The bridge crane system has the ability to lift components up to 4000 pounds and consists of the latest technology available. This system allows us to work with very large diameters. One of the first projects we completed with this system involved 48" diameter segmented tubes.
